Why would you like to contribute your time to the community as a member of the Board?
I think that Wynston is a great community with some terrific qualities. I would like to see the fantastic work that is being by the landscape and pool companies continue while we work on cleaning up some of the violations that have started to 'pop up' around the community lately.
Qualifications:
10+ years serving the Wynston community on the Board of Directors and other committees.
27 years teaching elementary school in Johnston County Schools.
Have served on other community Board of Directors for 5+ years.

Why would you like to contribute your time to the community as a member of the Board?
I would like to continue to serve on the board and being involved in the day to day decisions along with taking on projects for the betterment of the community. Maintain transparency & communication with the neighborhood that issues and situations can not be taken care overnight there is a process giving the individual or companies involved time to respond the issue or situation.
Qualifications:
I have lived in the neighborhood since 2013. I have served on the board for 3 1/2 years and before that I served on the ARC committee.
Understanding of the covenants, the bylaws and the ARC guidelines and rules how they apply to the neighborhood along with the approval process.
I would like to continue to serve on the board and being involved in the day to day decisions along with taking on projects for the betterment of the community. I would like to contribute my time to ensure our community remains all inclusive. Ensuring neighbors concerns and suggestions are being heard and acted upon timely with thoughtful resolutions. My goal is to develop a more positive relationship between all neighbors and the HOA. In hopes that everyone will work together for the greater good of the community. Create beautification and event planning committees to bring positive energy that our neighborhood desperately needs.

Currently, serve on the HOA Board with vast knowledge and understanding of neighborhood by-laws, covenants, and guidelines.

Helping oversee the beautification process and maintenance of our common areas/entrances and ensuring quality work continues.
Better communication between the HOA and residents within our community.

Because I care to make a difference. I believe it takes a community to make the changes we need for a safe and warming environment. On a more personal note, I'm raising my sons here and want to set a tone for them to look up to.

I was a PTA president for 5 years where I served as a liaison between families and the school board. A people person with great communication and negotiation skills. I take pride in my community and my home, and desire to bring us all together.
